Effective [DATE] · Applies to the Auxo iOS app
Auxo has no servers, no accounts and no analytics. Your training log never leaves your phone unless you send it somewhere yourself.
There is no sign-up, nothing to log into, and no copy of your workouts held by anyone but you. This page explains, in plain terms, exactly where every piece of data sits.
Auxo is an iOS training app published by [YOUR NAME OR COMPANY] (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [YOUR EMAIL].
Auxo does not transmit your data to us. Everything below is stored on your own device, or — where marked — inside your own Apple account, which we cannot access.
| What | Where it lives | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Your training log — workouts, sets, weights, reps, notes, bodyweight, tested maxes | Your device | You. Stored by the app on your phone. |
| A workout in progress | Your device | You. Discarded automatically after 12 hours. |
| Your settings and profiles | Your device | You. |
| iCloud backup of the above, if you turn it on | Your private iCloud | You. Held in your own iCloud account under Apple's terms — we have no access to it. |
| Rest-timer and recovery reminders | Your device | You. Scheduled locally by iOS; no notification is ever sent from a server. |
| Your purchase of Auxo Pro | Apple | Apple processes the payment. We receive anonymous, aggregated sales reports only. |
| Analytics, usage tracking, advertising identifiers | Not collected | Nobody. Auxo contains no analytics, no ad SDK and no tracking of any kind. |
If you enable iCloud for Auxo, your training data syncs between your own devices through Apple's CloudKit, in the private database tied to your Apple Account. Apple operates that storage; we have no ability to read, export or restore it. Apple's handling of it is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. Turning iCloud off leaves the data on the device it is already on.
Auxo Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles the entire transaction: we never see your card details, billing address or Apple Account. Your device checks your entitlement directly with Apple, and the app stores only whether Pro is active.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel one at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device; a free trial converts at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Auxo can export your log as CSV files. Those files are generated on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet, where you decide the destination. Once you send an export to another app or service — mail, a cloud drive, a messaging app — that service's own privacy policy governs what happens to it. We are not involved in that step and receive no copy.
Your data is yours and it is local, so deletion is immediate and entirely in your hands:
Because we hold nothing, there is no server-side copy for us to delete, and no retention period to wait out.
Privacy laws including the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights to access, correct, port and erase personal data a company holds about you. Auxo holds none, so there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase on your behalf — your data already sits on your device, readable in the app and exportable as CSV whenever you want it. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. If you have a question about any of this, write to [YOUR EMAIL].
Auxo is a strength-training app intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them — or, as above, from anyone.
If Auxo ever gains a feature that changes how data is handled — an account system, a coach-sharing feature, crash reporting — this page will be updated before that feature ships, and the effective date above will change with it. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
Questions about this policy, or about anything Auxo does with your data: [YOUR EMAIL]. This policy is governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION].
