Stress · Recover · Exceed

Most apps record what you did.
Auxo decides what you do next.

A strength-training log built on one idea: the number you should lift today is a calculation, not a guess. Auxo makes it, shows its reasoning, and tells you when to back off.

What it actually does

01

Every set gets a target and a reason

“Beat last time (60 kg × 8) by one rep.” Auxo runs the progression rule your programme is built on — Heavy Duty, linear, double progression — and tells you the weight and the reps before you touch the bar.

02

It notices when you stall

Two sessions without progress on a lift and Auxo says so, names it as under-recovery rather than lack of effort, and offers the fix. Most logs would let you grind for months.

03

It plans the easy week too

Blocks with a deload at the end: around 90% of your weights, 60% of the reps, stopping well short. The one week the app asks you to do less, and the reason the others keep working.

04

It tells you the truth about your programme

Weekly hard sets per muscle against the 10–20 evidence band, and a verdict on how your programme is dosed — including when the answer is “this is not built for size”.

05

It survives real gyms

Swap a taken machine without rewriting your programme, add a set you felt good for, step back and redo one. A phone call mid-session costs you nothing: the workout is saved after every set and waiting when you come back.

06

It serves your sport, if you have one

Golf, tennis, running or football: a drill block, a warm-up, the metric you track, and the link between your lifting and your results. Or turn it off and just lift.

Support

Something's broken, or I have a question Email [YOUR EMAIL] and you'll get a reply from the person who built the app. Tell me your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
Does my data leave my phone? No. Auxo has no servers and no accounts. Your log lives on your device, and syncs between your own devices through your private iCloud if you turn that on. See the privacy policy.
Can I get my data out? Yes — CSV export with one row per set, including estimated 1RM, tonnage, RIR and your notes. Your training log should never be trapped in one app.
How do I cancel a subscription? Settings → your name → Subscriptions, on your device. Cancelling leaves every workout you have logged exactly where it is; the app returns to the free tier.
I bought Pro and it isn't showing Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it on. If that doesn't do it, email me.
